George Linklater was the second child born to Billy Miller Linklater and Hollowjacks Alice. Like his father, he was known as Billy Miller.

He was at some stage Manager of O.T. Station in the Northern Territory. He married Agnes Bathern daughter of Ted Casey and Fanny (Bostock Bathern)

Their children were:

• Josie who married Thomas Ellis and had seven children:

• Alice Miller (Linklater) married John Henry Keighran

• Teresa Miller (Linklater) married twice - (1) Mickie Windley and had two children and  (2) Fred Munckton and had four children.

• William (Billy Miller 3) Linklater married Adie Raggett. Three children were born to Billy and Adie.

• Margaret Miller (Linklater)  died in Adelaide of cancer in 1970. Margaret married Camie Cleary and had one child.

• Henry Miller (Linklater) married Joanie
