Magnus Sinclair Fea (b. 1792) was the second of seven children of Thomas Fea and Jane Green. He had a daughter with Joan Mather (b. abt 1794; d. 20th February 1869, Lerwick), the daughter of Andrew Mather and Helen Williamson:

• Joan Fea b. about 1825 who married John Laing

He had another daughter with Mary Larnoch:

• Ann Elizabeth Fea b. about 1840 who married Robert Williamson

At the time of the 1851 census, he was described as a visitor in the household of tailor Thomas Gilbertson at 99 Commercial St in Lerwick.

Magnus died on 19th November 1854 in Lerwick.
