The witnesses to their marriage were Charles and Mary Fea. Willam and Mary had two sons and a daughter:
The family lived in the St Pancras area where their children were born William's occupation when getting married was that of bookkeeper and similarly at the time of the birth of their first son it was described as merchant's clerk / bookkeeper. On the marriage certificate for this son in 1894, William who had died previously, is described at a commercial clerk / organist. He died sometime between 1876, when he wrote a letter to his brother on occasion of his sixtieth birthday, and 1881 when Marie is described in the census as a widow. | |||
