William Hay Fea

William Hay Fea c. 23rd April 1850 in Sculcoates was a son of John Brooke Fea and Cecilia Fea.

He was brought up with the family at 3 Rutland Terrace, Kingston upon Hull, appearing in the 1851 and 1861 censuses.

William graduated with a MA and in 1881 was curate of St Bride's Church. He was at this time staying as a boarder with a family at 137 Shrewsbury Rd., Stretford.

He was incumbent of Mariner's Church in Westbourne Ave, Hull in 1891 and back in the family home at No 55 Westbourne Ave with his mother Cecilia and sisters, Cecilia and Caroline.

He was head of the household in 1901 and master of Charterhouse School, Charterhouse Lane. His sisters were also with him.

The household at the Master's Lodge in 1911 included three of the children of William's brother, Herbert Reginald Fea, who were born in Argentina.

William died in 1921 in Sculcoates, aged seventy.
