William (Billy) Gray Rendall and Annie Jean Drever Seatter

William Gray Rendall (b. 1912) was the eldest of the ten children of Balfour Leigneer Craigie Rendall and Maggie Ann Gray.

Billy married Annie Jean Drever Seatter (b. 1913) at the Church of Scotland Manse in Eday on 15th April 1930. Jean was the youngest daughter of John Seatter and Ann Drever from Lakequoy and earlier Quoy.

They had three children. Billy worked as a farm servant in various places in Orkney including Westray, Rousay and Holm. He retired to Kirkwall and died on 16th February 1998. Jean died later that year on 4th November.
