Janet Lennie and George Harcus

Janet Lennie was the daughter of Louisa Gray and William Lennie, and was baptized 8th December 1810 in the parish of Westray and Papa Westray. She married George Harcus on 27th December 1832, and they are known to have had the following children, all born in Westray:

• Elizabeth Harcus, born 13th April 1832

• Mary Harcus, born 5th December 1835

• William Harcus, born 17th December 1840

• George Harcus, born 4th December 1846

• James Harcus, born 7th February 1851
