Harry Parton and Phyllis Mary Smith

Harry Parton (b. 9th June 1902) was the youngest of the four children of Ethlind Gray and Thomas Parton.

He married Phyllis Mary Smith in Broadway on 29th December 1923. Phyllis was born on 4th April 1903 in Gordon, Sydney and the daughter of Edwin Smith and Elizabeth Robinson.

Harry and Phyllis had three children:

• Harry John Parton b. 1924, Paddington, Sydney who married twice and had family. He served in the Royal Australian Airforce from 1943 until 1946. He died on 18th September 2007.

• Leslie Edward Parton b. 1925, St Peters, Sydney

• Betty Thelma Parton b. 1928, St Peters, Sydney who married Frederyck Stefan Stanley Musial

Harry died on 1st March 1961 in Sydney and Phyllis on 24th July 1988
