David Thomson and Isabella Drever

Widower, David Thomson (b. abt 1848) married Iseblla Drever (b. 1st July 1854) in Kirkwall on 22nd January 1901.

David had been staying a Greenfield, Eday, the home of his parents John Thomson and Margaret Rendall following the death in Kirkwall of his first wife, Barbara Spence in 1883. His son, James Thomson from the first marriage, was also at Greenfield.

Isabella was the daughter of John Drever and Barbara Groat of Windywa, Pharay. She was also at Greenfield at the time of the 1901 census, following their marriage earlier that year.

David died in Eday on 4th June 1914 and Isabella on 8th June 1928.
