Harcus

There were two Harcus families who came to Pharay who can be included with the newcomers to the island. This was within roughly within the last forty years of occupation:

• David Harcus and Elizabeth Wards who were both descendents of previous Pharay residents and lived at Cott for six years from 1916

• Angus Harcus and Mary Inkster who lived at Cott for six years from 1934

These Harcus families were not related.
