Jessie Ann Drummond and Edward A Miller

Jessie Ann Drummond (b. 11th November 1869) was the eldest of the children of David Drummond and Janet Fraser. She was born after her parents emigrated to Wisconsin.

She married blacksmith Edward A Miller (b. March 1865, Wisconsin) in Walworth Co. on 12th January 1888.

Jessie and Edward had four children:

• George J Miller, born January 1889, Wisconsin and died in Ames, Story Co. Iowa in 1934

• Sidney A Miller, born 22nd November 1890. Story Co, Iowa and died in Ames in August 1972 His wife, whom he married about 1917/18 was named Thora.

• Ella M Miller, born March 1894, Story, Co, Iowa

• Frank A Miller, born, 25th December 1895, Story Co., Iowa and died in Ames on 21st December 1912

Jessie and Edward moved to Story Co, Iowa from Wisconsin around 1890. They were in Ames, Story Co in 1900 and Franklin, Story Co. in 1910 and 1920 although the children had left home by 1920.

Jessie died on 29th June 1935 and is interred in the Ames Cemetery, Story Co.
