Margaret Drever and Charles Logie

Margaret Drever (b. 5th April 1845) was a daughter of Thomas Drever and Isabella Drummond of Sangar, Westray.

She married merchant seaman Charles Logie (b. abt 1848) in Ferry Road, North Leith on 25th November 1873. Charles was the son of James Logie and Mary Logie.

She died in Kirkwall on 23rd June 1878 after a two year illness.

Charles remarried in 1881. His second wife was Agnes Louisa Creelman (b. 26th November 1859 in Stromness). Agnes was the daughter of Henry Creelman and Esther Robertson. Charles and Agnes were visiting his first wife’s sister, Barbara Drever, in Edinburgh at the time of census, later that year.
