She was with the family at Damsay, Westray when she married Thomas Seatter Fergus (b. 27th August 1870) in 1903.
Thomas was the son of William Fergus and Margaret Seatter of the Bu in Rapness. Thomas was still with the
family at the Bu in 1901 when his occupation was given as horseman and ploughman.
Thomas was at Clifton when they got married. They had eleven children:

Barbara Fergus, born 1903 who married Richard Rendall in 1927. They had a large family at Balaclava, Westray.
Barbara died on 16th October 1985 and Richard on 29th November. They were both eighty two.

William Fergus, born 1904, who married Mary Ann Leask in 1933. Mary died on 15th December 1985 and William on
31st January 1986. He was eighty six. Both are interred in St Olaf’s Cemetery, Kirkwall.

Margaret Fergus, born 1906, who married John Robert Stevenson in 1942. They stayed at Grind, Sandwick.
Margaret died on 18th December 1994 and John on 15th December 1997. They were both eighty eight.

Robina Fergus, born 1908 who married Robert James Foulis Leslie (b. abt. 1912) in 1943. Robert was the son of
Robert Leslie and Mary Wilson. His paternal grandmother Mary Drever came from Pharay. Robina and Robert had family. She died on 12th July 1984
and Robert on 26th July 1998. He was eighty six.

John Fergus, born 1910 who married Hendrina Leslie Drever in 1943. He died on 23rd January 2000.

Betsy Fergus, born 1916 who married George Drever (b. 1908) in 1937. They had family. George died on 24th
October 1961.

Jessie Scott Fergus, born 1921 who married Stuart Butchart Drever in 1944. They had family.

George Fergus, born 1923 who married Joan Cooper Bain (b. 1921) in 1941. They had family. George died at Clifton on
9th September 1979 and Joan on 4th January 1988.
Thomas farmed and they were to remain at Clifton for the rest of their lives. Robina died on 7th February 1939 and Thomas
on 7th July 1959. He was eighty eight.
