Isabella Gullion and William Dunnet

Isabella, daughter of William Gullion and Isabella Drever was born on Pharay and baptised on 21st November 1823. Isabella married William Dunnet on 5th December 1844. They had six known children; the first five were baptised on Eday or Pharay and the youngest was baptised at Kirkwall and St. Ola:

• William Dunnet, b. 8th Feb 1845

• Isabella Dunnet, b. 1st July 1846 who married Robert Harcus

• James Dunnet, b. 11th July 1849 who married Isabella Anderson

• Charles Frazier Dunnet, b. 21st Apr 1851

• Ann Gallie Dunnet, b. 12th Mar 1853 who married David Isbister, son of James Isbister and Margaret Linklater, Harray, on 8th Sep 1887.

• John Smith Dunnet, b. 2 Jan 1855

Isabella and William lived their later lives on Harray and William was a master tailor. Isabella died at Dykeside, Upperbrough in the parish of Harray on 13th October 1897, age 73.
