He married Margaret Jane Allan (b. 4th December 1888), the youngest daughter of William Allan and Jane Foulis from Newbigging in Papay on 22nd January 1912. They had a son John William Rendall who married Margaret Seatter from Hammar in Westray. John William Rendall and Margaret Seatter had two daughters who married and had children of their own. Maggie Jane Allan died on 22nd January 1962 at the age of eighty three. | |||
