A few short years of evil past, we reach the happy shore, where death divided friends at last, shall meet to part no more." Ann Drever was the wife of William Wallace of the Ness. William was born in Eday but came to Pharay when his mother, Mary Peace, became the third husband of William Drummond of the Ness. Ann was from Windywa. She died the day after the birth of her fourth child and was only twenty four. | ||||||
