William Rendall and Margaret Rendall

William Rendall b. 2nd November 1839 was the oldest son of William Rendall and Marjory Lennie.

Margaret Lennie Rendall (b. 4th April 1840) on 31st January 1862. She was the fifth of the eight children born to William's aunt Margaret Lennie and her husband John Rendall.

William, like countless others including Margaret's father before him, was a farm servant at Skaill.

William and Margaret had four children:

The family were at Peatwall forming a household alongside Margaret's parents by 1881, Margaret's sister Louisa Rendall and her husband Henry Drever who had been there in 1871 now being in Pierowall.

William Rendall died at Peatwall on 9th December 1911 at the age of seventy two. Margaret Rendall died there the following year on 25th November 1912. She was also seventy two.
